About Little Flower Therapy

Hello! My name is Lindsey and I am looking forward to connecting with you! My intent is to provide clients with quality care that they deserve.

Clients who work with me can expect to be met with warmth, compassion, and respect. The therapy process can be uncomfortable and I am mindful of creating a healing space during this time. My approach to therapy is to get to the true root of the issue. While coping skills may be used time-to-time, I prefer to weed out the original source of my client's ailment.

Outside of helping my clients reach their goals in therapy, I enjoy spending time in prayer, nature, and loved ones. Some of my descriptors include:

I offer individual counseling services ages 12 and up. Some areas I have experience with include but are not limited to:

attachment concerns and more

Sessions can be held in-person or via telehealth. For telehealth, please note that clients must physically be in the state of North Dakota at the time of session.

I use a variety approaches to help meet clients' needs, some of which include:

Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR)
Gottman Method
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Hypnosis (currently in-training)

Fees

Fees for services are as follows:

Diagnostic Assessment: $325

55 minute session: $300

Late cancel/No-Show: $75

*Note: I am contracted with a company named Expert Billing Solutions who is managed by Jenny Durbin. Jenny can be reached at 701-970-9985.

SCHEDULING

If you are interested in working with me, please schedule a free 15-minute phone or video consultation call. During the consultation, I will ask questions to determine if I can provide the care that a client is seeking. Consultation calls need to be made through the "video office" option.

The client portal is 100% self-serve which means clients can schedule or cancel any appointments at their own convenience.

To see the greatest amount of availability, please select “video office.” There may be some days/times that are not available in-person.

Please be sure to keep track of when appointments are made. There is a $75 fee for no-show/late cancellation appointments. Appointments need to be cancelled at least 24 hours ahead of time and this is done through the portal.

OUT OF NETWORK

if you don’t have BCBS or Sanford for insurance but would still like to work with me. I recommend calling me so I can provide additional information that your insurance carrier may request. Once you have this information, please call your insurance and ask the following:

What is my deductible?
Do I have any co-pays?
Are telehealth sessions covered?
Do I need a pre-authorization for therapy?
What is my out-of-network coverage?
How many sessions are covered?

Please note this list is not exhaustive. Write down all the questions you want to know before the call. Please be sure to get a reference number every time you speak with an insurance representative.

IN-PERSON APPOINTMENTS

Little Flower Therapy is located inside the Riverview Center building in downtown Grand Forks. You will see “Johnson Law Firm” on the side of the building.

You may either park on the street or there is a parking lot designated for those using the Riverview Center building M-F during the day.

Once you enter the building, please either take the stairs or elevator to the 2nd floor. Look for Suite 202. You will enter and see Little Flower Therapy at the end of the hallway. There are photos below to help you find the practice.
